Pumpkin Cake

Cream:
½ cup shortening            
1-2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs, add one at a time

Combine:
1 cup pumpkin
1¾ cups flour
2/3 cup sour milk (to sour add 1 Tbsp vinegar to milk)
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
¼ tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Add together. Mix well.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
