Graham crackers crumbs, one individual package
3 bananas
½ gallon vanilla ice cream
1 cup walnuts
½ cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
1½ cups evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint whipping cream
Additional graham crackers
Cover 11 x 15” pan with graham cracker crumbs. Cover with a layer of sliced bananas. Slice ice cream ½” thick, cover bananas. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until firm. Melt butter and chocolate chips. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and milk. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool and pour over ice cream. Whip cream and add vanilla. Spread cream over chocolate. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
