3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
20 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 325°. Stiffly beat egg whites; slowly add sugar while beating. Fold Ritz crackers , vanilla, and nuts into egg whites, gently. Pour into well-greased pie pan and bake for 30 minutes. Chill. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts.
